These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 3patt platform — including all casino games, sports betting markets, bonuses, payment services, and support channels. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.

Access to 3patt is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Age verification is mandatory during registration. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed immediately and all funds returned to the depositing payment source.
All promotional bonuses on 3patt are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Specific multipliers, eligible games, and time limits are stated in each individual promotion's terms. General bonus rules are set out in Section 7 of these Terms.
3patt processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as displayed at the cashier. Each player is permitted to hold one registered account on 3patt. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, same payment method, same device, or same household — are prohibited. Operating multiple accounts may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of balances.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 3patt ("3patt", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://3patt.pro ("Platform").
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the 3patt Platform — including placing wagers, claiming bonuses, making deposits or withdrawals, or contacting support — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Each individual person is permitted to hold one Account on 3patt. Registering or operating more than one Account — whether under the same name, National Identity Card (NIC/CNIC) number, mobile number, payment method, device, IP address, or household — is strictly prohibited. 3patt uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts.
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated at all times. Providing false or misleading information, including a false date of birth, is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
3patt is primarily designed for Pakistani players. However, it is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction. 3patt does not make any representation that the Platform is legal in your specific location.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. All activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify 3patt support immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the Account pending resolution.
You should always log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device. 3patt's 256-bit SSL encryption protects data in transit, but we cannot be held responsible for security failures resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
3patt accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, and Cryptocurrency (including BTC, ETH, and selected stablecoins). All PKR deposits are processed at face value with no conversion fee applied by 3patt.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method. Current limits are displayed at the cashier at the time of deposit. 3patt reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time, with or without prior notice.
JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically reflected in your Account balance within minutes of a successful transaction. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take up to 24 hours depending on inter-bank processing times. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of blockchain confirmations for the relevant network.
You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party payment source will be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.
3patt does not charge a fee for standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, particularly for cryptocurrency transfers. 3patt has no control over, and accepts no liability for, fees charged by third-party payment providers.
Before any withdrawal is processed, you must complete 3patt's KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. This requires submission of: (a) a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., CNIC, passport, or driving licence); (b) proof of address issued within the last three months; and (c) proof of the payment method used to deposit (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account screen showing your registered mobile number). Additional documents may be requested at 3patt's sole discretion.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours of submission (subject to KYC clearance). Once approved, funds are typically transferred within the following timeframes: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — within 24 hours; HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank — 1 to 3 business days; Cryptocurrency — within 24 hours following approval, subject to network congestion.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per payment method. These limits are displayed in your account cashier. Players who have been granted VIP status may be eligible for elevated withdrawal limits as outlined in their individual VIP agreement.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, wherever technically possible. This is a requirement of our anti-money laundering (AML) policy. If the original deposit method cannot receive the withdrawal, 3patt's compliance team will contact you to agree an alternative.
Withdrawals may not be processed while there is an active Bonus with outstanding wagering requirements applied to the account. You may choose to forfeit the active Bonus and its associated requirements before requesting a withdrawal; however, any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from those Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon doing so.
All bonuses and promotions offered by 3patt are subject to these General Bonus Terms in addition to any specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these General Bonus Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier, eligible game categories, and time limit for each promotion are stated on the promotion detail page. Contributions towards wagering requirements vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage or zero, as specified in the individual promotion terms.
3patt actively monitors accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse. Practices including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to lock in a guaranteed profit from bonus funds (bonus hedging), registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated software to complete wagering requirements, or systematically playing only low-variance games to fulfil wagering at minimal risk — are all classified as bonus abuse and are prohibited. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses and associated winnings voided and may be subject to permanent suspension.
All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that have not been withdrawn by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. The expiry date and time are displayed in your Account's active bonus section and in the relevant promotion's specific terms.
3patt reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion or bonus offer at any time and without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, except where there is evidence of fraud, system error, or abuse.
All casino games available on the 3patt Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, table games, and instant games — are supplied by licensed and independently audited third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, and Play'n GO. The RNG (Random Number Generator) governing all applicable game outcomes is certified and audited for fairness. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, disconnection, or system fault that affects the outcome or display of a game, 3patt reserves the right to void any bet affected by the malfunction and return the staked amount to the player's Account. Winnings derived from a verifiable malfunction will not be paid out. A malfunction voids all pays and plays.
Maximum win limits per game session, per spin, or per bet may apply. These limits, where applicable, are stated in the specific game's terms or in the cashier. Any win amount exceeding the stated maximum may be capped at the maximum win limit at 3patt's sole discretion.
All sports bets, including PSL cricket bets, are accepted at 3patt's sole discretion. 3patt reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or limit any bet without providing a reason. Bets are not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake is deducted from your account balance.
Odds are subject to change at any time prior to the confirmation of a bet. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet. Live betting odds in particular fluctuate in real time; by placing a live bet you accept the odds at the moment of confirmation.
If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and does not resume within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be void and stakes returned. Exceptions may apply for specific bet types (e.g., bets on outcomes that have already been determined at the point of abandonment) as described in the specific sports betting rules for each sport.
PSL and international cricket markets at 3patt are governed by additional cricket-specific betting rules, available in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform. By placing a cricket bet you confirm that you have read and accept those rules in addition to these Terms.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3patt Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. 3patt collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
3patt will never sell your personal data to third parties. Data shared with payment processors (e.g., JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL) is limited to what is necessary to process your transactions and is governed by each provider's own privacy policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3patt's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arises.
3patt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failures — even if 3patt has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
3patt does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party network issues, and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features.
If you have a complaint about any aspect of your experience on 3patt, you should first contact our support team at [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge all written complaints within 24 hours and to provide a full resolution within 10 business days. Complex cases involving transaction investigations may take longer; if this is the case, we will notify you of the extended timeline.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of 3patt's internal complaints process, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body designated by 3patt's gaming licence authority. Details of the ADR body are available on request from [email protected].
These Terms are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of the jurisdiction in which 3patt holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the complaints and ADR process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
3patt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 3patt will notify registered players by email to the address on file and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform for a minimum of 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.
